The 48 Group Club KPMG China awards were presented at the “Icebreakers” Chinese New Year Dinner at the Dorchester Hotel, London on Monday 6th February 2012.

Organisations that have made outstanding contributions to developing and maintaining positive Sino-UK relations received awards.   The awards were sponsored by KPMG and presented by Nick Baird, CEO of UKTI.

The Golden British Award which recognises the British company that has made the greatest impact for the UK in China went to Tesco.  John Timothy, Regional Corporate Affairs Manager received the award on behalf of Tesco from Nick Baird and Richard Reid, London Chairman of KPMG.
